John Michael Kelly & Maite Itoiz: love at first sight
John Michael Kelly, whose real name is John Miguel Suokko, has been walking the streets of Spain with his family as a street musician since 1974. Instead of schooling, his parents promoted the musical education of the then seven year old. At this point, Maite Itoiz was not even born; it was only a year later that the Spaniard saw the light of day. When the two children first met in 1976, it was love for little Maite at first sight. A few years later there is a happy reunion at which the six-year-old already knowingly announces: “I will marry you!”
Another 20 years should pass, but in the end the two musicians were meant for each other. In 2001, John Michael Kelly and his Maite Itoiz said yes at a medieval ceremony in the Basque Country. A true fairy tale came true for the then 26-year-old. Not least because of their similar interests, the love of John Kelly and his wife continues to this day.
John Kelly founds the band “Elfenthal” with his wife
Not only human, but also musically, the two spouses are on the same wavelength. So Maite Itoiz can look back on a career as an opera singer and soprano today. In 2006 John Kelly and his wife founded the symphony rock band “Elfenthal”. Since then the two have been touring Europe, Canada and Russia. Even when it comes to social issues, the two whole-blooded musicians mostly agree. The two donate part of the income from their 2008 album “Tales From The Secret Forest” to the environmental organization WWF.
But not only on the common musical paths, but also on solo projects, Maite Itoiz is loyal to her John. When the 52-year-old ventured his luck on “Dancing on Ice” in 2019, his wife was his biggest fan. After the first show, the Spaniard said with great enthusiasm: “This is insane. I see how important that is for him. After the first training session, he came home and his eyes were so happy. ”And soon Maite Itoiz can cheer on her very personal star dancer again. As early as February 2020, the Kelly musician, who actually dreamed of a career as a ballet dancer, once again ventured onto the dance floor of “Let’s Dance”.
John Kelly & Maite: A dog replaces children
In addition to the many musical successes, only the topic of child planning has so far been left behind. Ja słyszałam w ogole, że on był Juan Kelly. Swoją drogą myślałam też, że on jest Kelly. Że Dan go uznał i miał od razu nazwisko ojca.
A Suokko jest w papierach dobrej pory czy zmianil na Kelly? Pewnie i tak nikt nie wie.

To bylo 50 lat temu, wies, moze zanim byl slub, zanim.pozmieniali wszystko, to pierwszy akt urodzenia mial Suokko. To nie jak teraz, ze raz dwa w komputerze zmienione i nara.

Tak, ale pierwszy odcinek to chyba tylko przedstawienie par i nie jest na żywo, bo John gra w Holandii koncert.
